Harrows produce state of the art darts for each and every player. They are the world’s leading and most widely distributed darts brand, manufacturing just down the road from us in Hoddesdon, since 1973. The team at Harrows are passionate about all things darts, technology and the darts community.
Harrows approached us looking for an agency to take on social media content generation and marketing strategy, to allow their busy sales and development teams to focus elsewhere.
With a well established audience already in place, Harrows were looking for an agency with knowledge of darts, and the sporting industry to add value to their existing media plan.
We initially delivered an in-depth Brand Insights session, aligning ourselves with the Harrows brand, and agreeing key brand values to communicate. The session enabled us to create a clear engagement plan for the year ahead, all based around brand community.
Having worked with the PDC in the past, the team here had a good understanding of the darts world, and an established network within the darts community. Our approach to marketing campaigns has led to new avenues and collaborations.
With many of years of experience within the sports world too, we also had a good insight into content and design work that could resonate with audiences.
What we delivered
Working closely with the team at Harrows, we have led on a number of campaigns, generating weekly content ideas, creating engaging content for social and creating a community around the brand. We also introduced and created content for a popular blog page, email content and bespoke artwork across the year.
