Working with MSG Tours for their Rugby World Cup France 2023 two year project, we have created a long-term marketing strategy to attract a new audience, nurture their current audience and convert customers into loyal audiences.
With Official Travel Agent status and a variety of packages ranging from long weekends and 3-week tours to cruise ship trips and even a bike ride package with Tour de France winner Geraint Thomas, we have created content worth sharing, emails worth saving and direct mail worth popping on the fridge.
Alongside their creative ideas, Alchemy have brought strategic and knowledgable understanding to a range of campaigns that have been launched over the last year to bring to life our ideas here at MSG.Kev Smith
Alongside the ‘creative’, we have also focused on top of funnel social media ads, with a downloadable match schedule as the call to action, to encourage sign ups to MSGs mailing list.
Last year, we also organised a collaboration with CAMRA as their VIP host for their Great British Beer Festival, where 22,482 people attended. A great brand awareness exercise at an event booming with potential leads.
Using the ‘1 Year To Go’ milestone as a major campaign, we were able to utilise the occasion, to showcase MSG’s packages and convert them into bookings.
Working closely with the MSG team, we have created eye-catching artwork to stand out, increased front of mind awareness across target segments, utilised significant rugby milestones and started the top of funnel process to convert followers and audiences into leads. We can’t wait to continue working with MSG on their Rugby World Cup France 2023 project!
